How do I change the settings for the WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration so that data no longer syncs in real-time?

The integration causes issues during times of high web traffic because of the sheer volume of data that gets sent when a user is active on the website / makes a purchase. We have been advised that Klaviyo offers the option of batch updates. Can anyone advise on how I can change this setting?

@lex_zap apologies that real time syncs from Klaviyo are causing issues.  This would be caused by webhooks and it is something you can control from Woocommerce by navigating to the advanced setting  and deleting the ones pertaining to klaviyo urls.

However it is not something we recommend.  Without webhooks Klaviyo still syncs by means of periodic syncs that run hourly.  So would potentially experience a delay in the recording of order events or updates to products.

Let me know if you have further questions.
