WooCommerce Products & Categories not showing in Trigger Filter

Hello,

I’m having issue setting Trigger Filters in the Flows section of Klaviyo.

I’m attempting to send an email when a specific product is purchased. However, when I try and search for the product it’s not showing up. 

 

As you can see here, Klaviyo can see that there are 6 Items. 

 


But when I try and add a trigger for Highly Sensitive Thriving Circle - Annual Membership, it doesn’t appear the in Dimension Value.

For some reason only 3 of the products show in the drop-down.

I’d appreciate any advice on what might be causing this.

Thank you for sharing this with the community.

Until somebody actually makes a purchase for one of those products, it will not show up under ProductNames. In the meantime, you can simply copy and paste the name of the item into the Dimension Value. Once somebody purchases that item, it will appear in the dropdown as an option for selection.
