Something wrong with the product block.

There are totally 7 poducts in my stroe, and when i tried to add the product to the email template, there are 9 products in there, the extra two products are same as another two products in my store. But when i tried to search them in my store by their ID, i couldn’t find anything.

Anybody tell me how to remove them out of the block?

Hi there @homerunpet,

Thanks for sharing to the Community. If you are seeing old products that you deleted on Shopify appearing your Klaviyo product catalog, this could be due to the catalogs not being synced afterwords so it keeps the old data. We pull the data directly from Shopify so any product changes would need to be done on that end.

I would advise reaching out to support for running a sync again. If you believe this is not the reason for causing this issue, I’ll gladly take more time to look into the matter as well.
