Signup form disappears after submit, how can I make it show after page refresh?

Immediately after the user submits a signup form, they see the confirmation message.

But after they refresh the page, nothing shows.

This is less than ideal. It looks broken to reference a form that doesn’t exist.

How can I make the form show up after a refresh, for users who have, and have not submitted the form?

I want it to basically always show.

Hello @joshdance,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

Sounds like you may have the Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles setting enabled as part of your signup form. When enabled, this setting will ensure a signup form will not display to visitors who are recognized as already being a part of your Klaviyo account. This feature is great to ensure existing users aren’t continually attempting to subscriber to receive an incentive; though there are other fail-safes in place to prevent this.

Not only it this setting further explained in our How to Choose Form Targeting and Behavior Settings Help Center article, but my colleague, @alex.hong also has a great breakdown of this feature from the Community post below:

I hope this helps!
