Welcome Flow Logic Question

Hello,

I revamping our welcome flow and want an extra set of eyes to confirm that I am doing this right. The idea is to build THREE separate email streams for the following segments:

  1. (STREAM #1) New Email Leads who signed up but have never purchased before
    1. I want this group to exit the flow if they have made a purchase since starting the flow.
  2. (STREAM #2) New Email Leads who signed up during a purchase @ checkout
    1. I do not want this group to get our Welcome Series at all, because they will be routed to our “Thank You” flow & I don’t want them to get both.
  3. (STREAM #3) New Email Leads who have signed up but have purchased before
    1. I want this group to exit the flow if they have made a purchase since starting the flow.

Hi there @John Parker ,

So far the flow set up looks good. Two things I would advise is 1. Create test profiles to test each path of the flow and 2. If possible you could split these flows up into at least a post purchase flow so that it is easier to navigate later.

So far the flow set up looks good. Two things I would advise is 1. Create test profiles to test each path of the flow and 2. If possible you could split these flows up into at least a post purchase flow so that it is easier to navigate later.
