I collect customer’s birthday when signing up in order to send birthday email from Klaviyo.
I created custom sign up form like below by Liquid, but I don’t know how to sync these’s custom notes to Klaviyo’s custom property.

<input name=”customer[note][birthday]” type=”date”>

How can I do that?

Hi @tomotomy, welcome to the community!

I don’t believe there’s a way to sync over Notes from Shopify into Klaviyo.   However, as a best practice, I would recommend moving away from keeping this data in the Notes section.  Either collect is a Shopify Tag or collect through a provider such as Klaviyo.

Hi!

Thank you so much for your reply!

The thread you mentioned is discussed well about it I think.
I’ll check it and think about another way of collecting customer’s birthday!

I appriciate it!
