Hey friends
I have a new client that I want to connect to the Klaviyo system but they don't have a store on the site meaning no Shopify, Woocomerce or anything else - it's just you for leads.
Is it possible to connect Klaviyo? Does it work as well as it does with stores?
Thank you!

Hi @zeremitay,

Thanks for sharing this with us.

Although we do not have a “native” integration with Wordpress (without using WooCommerce), it can be done. I recommend reviewing the community posts below for more information:

And although Klaviyo can integrate with a wide variety of platforms, Klaviyo is optimized to work with Ecommerce platforms. So the short answer is yes, you can use Klaviyo exclusively for Wordpress without a discrete Ecommerce integration, but you will forgo a lot of Klaviyo’s functional benefits i.e. business-related analytics, order events if you don’t have that data entering Klaviyo through your other platform or through Klaviyo’s API.

I hope that’s helpful and thanks for being a community member.
