We just got a new office number that we need to use for the two-factor code, but I don’t see any field in any of our settings that allows me to update that number?

Another great question! Have you seen the Help Center article on multi-factor authentication? While you can’t update the current two factor settings you can disable it and then set up MFA.
- Navigate to your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Click Account & billing.
- Head to the Security tab.
- Uncheck the box to turn off multi-factor authentication.
- In the resulting modal, click Disable.
There is a section in the article i linked above that goes through the steps your company may need to make to reset it for everyone if MFA is a requirement.
