Hi,

I’m having a big Flow for all my subscribers, both my customers and non-customers.
That flow explains the benefits of my products, branding, reviews etc.

I also have multiple other segments, based on the quality of the customer, cross sells etc.
I have made it like that so the flows did not got. retriggered, if they got into a new segment.
(Maybe there is another way)

My question is: How can i control the emails in the different flows, so they won’t get send on the same day?

I hope that makes sense. Maybe there is a better way of structuring it.

Best
Philip

Hey @PhilipLOOW

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community and congrats on your first post! Happy to help!

Your question makes perfect sense, you definitely don’t want your customers to experience marketing fatigue from your brand. The easiest way to make sure that your customers aren’t receiving to many emails or SMS message is to use Smart Sending. Smart Sending allows you to limit the number of emails or SMS someone can received within a set period of time. The article I shared will walk you through how to set it up and update the timing to be specific to your needs!

Hope this helps and thanks again for being part of the community!
