+2I am wanting to create a metric-triggered flow that runs when a profile has unsubscribed from a list. This flow will then need to send information to a third party system via the webhook in the flow. However, when i go to choose the metric to trigger on, the unsubcribed metric does not appear. However, if I go to the Analytics > Metrics it clearly shows there.
Why is this occuring?

Great question!
Most Klaviyo metrics such as Clicked Email, Received Email, Opened email aren’t supported as flow triggers. This includes both the Unsubscribe and Unsubscribe from List metrics.
Typically, sending messages from those triggers is highly undesirable, since they can border on abuse.
However, I can absolutely see the benefit of wanting to send a webhook when someone takes an action such as unsubscribing or click on a particular link in an email. Since webhooks are still a fairly new feature our teams are working on, I would love to share this feedback and use case with them to explore further.
