New added user is required to use Multi-Factor authentication and can't because no QR Code is presented beforehand. How should I proceed?

I added a new user as an Admin and when clicking on the invite email - he’s taken to a login page with Multi-factor authentication. The problem is no prior screen with the QR Code is presented, so he cannot get the 6-digit number.

Hi @Arthur M,

I would first try removing the user, toggling 2FA off, re-adding the user and then toggling 2FA back on. That way they should be able to log in without 2FA and you can re-enable it for them after they’re added. See if they’re able to access the QR code from this point forward.

Here’s our guide on enabling or disabling 2FA. And here’s a community thread on removing users.

I hope that’s helpful.
