I have a profile property called recommendations_list which is a list of items we are recommending to customers (dishes they have never tried but based on their history they would like) This is populated for almost all of our customers but in some cases (about 800 of them) we have not synced the data on our end to those customers because they have tried the whole menu so we can't recommend anything to them.
In their case this profile property would not be available.
When I try and say "Recommendations_list" is empty no one comes up in that segment is there a way to say "exclude anyone who doesn't have this profile property available"?

Hi @Chloe_allplants,

In the segment, try changing the data type to text, and choose: is not set
This worked for me when I tried to figure out which of our subscribers did not have a specific profile property; the property was set up as a list, which is what your recommendations_list sounds like.

Hope this helps!
