Flow filters: Abandoned Checkout

Can someone explain to me, Flow filters are like this?

Why need “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow"?

Great question!

@Tonio provided a great answer to this exact question in the Community post I linked below:

That “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” filter is meant to act similar to what we suggest in our How to create an abandoned cart flow Help Center article. Using either that or the suggested “Hasn't been in flow in the last X days” filter will help prevent people from going through and receiving the flow too quickly. 

@retention also offers some really good insight as well in a past post:

Which means that I use either method, both give the same result.
