Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!
Although you wouldn’t be able to edit how the list view UI is presented to include custom profile properties, you can always export the list. Doing so would allow you to also export the custom profile property in the sort of view you desire.
Additionally, you could also create segments to help identify profiles with those specific profile properties. This would allow you to group profiles together with similarities - such as all users who have the wholesale custom profile property.
