Abandoned Cart Flow by Brand

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

We are wanting to set up a separate abandoned cart flow for our higher level carts for specific brands

Is there a way to trigger by brand?

Hey there!

Typically the product field of ‘brand’ doesn’t appear in the trigger split options for the filters of your metric but if your brands are set into specific collections, you’d be able to filter your abandoned cart flow based on that!

There also is a $value field you can filter by if the cart value is a certain dollar amount if that also helps separate it for you.

@cityhonda as @Spark Bridge Digital LLC mentioned this is indeed a good way to go. My advice would be to use one flow and split it up based on those collections to make sure you don't trigger multiple flows in case they have multiple type of products in the cart.

Good luck!
