Hello everyone,

I have a customer who already uses the Appikon pop-up for “notify me when back in stock”.

I’ve created the back in stock flow.

Is it necessary to remove this pop-up and add the back in stock code to their theme? This article makes it sound like I just need to integrate Appikon and Klaviyo.

https://www.appikon.com/blog/back-in-stock-x-klaviyo-sending-back-in-stock-emails-to-recapture-interested-shoppers

The trigger on my back in stock flow is: When someone subscribed to back in stock.

I just want to double check before I go ahead?

Warm regards,

Rox

Hey @smileyrox

Thanks for reaching out for help with this BIS setup.

If your customer wants to continue using Appikon, then I would just follow doc on their website. Unfortunately, we cannot give much guidance on this, as Appikon built and owns this integration. However, you should be fine to move forward with the integration without issue.

Hope this helps!
