Dynamic Product Blocks Keeps Repeating

Hello there!

 

I would like to ask for some help with our dynamic product blocks keep on repeating multiple times around 8x even though the product that’s only shown in the event metric is only 1. I attached photos for reference. I would appreciate fast solutions and recommendations on how to fix this. Thank you so much.

My best guess is that it’s looping through the categories instead of the items in the cart, so it’s displaying the product name once for each category it’s in.

I can’t see your whole setup from those screenshots, but I noticed you’ve changed the defaults for your product info (e.g. “item.ProductName” to “event.Name”). You might try changing the product information back to the default settings:

If that doesn’t work, there might be a problem in the way you integrated your products, and you’ll need to fix the integration before the emails will work correctly.
