When creating dynamic coupons in Klaviyo for Shopify they are assigned only to the online store channel. You can later go into Shopify and manually other channels for these codes.

Is there a way to pre-define this inside Klaviyo?

Hey @Adiorzel12 , thanks for your question and welcome to the community!

To my knowledge, there is no way to pre-define this in Klaviyo as there currently isn’t an option to define which part of your Shopify ecosystem the codes can be applied to from within the app - your Klaviyo integration has a pretty deep access to Shopify’s back end, but it’s not unlimited. You can however select which products or collections you want the code(s) to be applied to, which can help limit their usage.

You’re right in saying this can be changed later in Shopify directly.

It’s a solid feature request, though, so we can make sure to get that on the list.

Hope this helped, happy to chat further!
