We have 76k customers on shopify but on Klaviyo it only shows 33k active profiles

@nambirajanks Not all customers who are on your Shopify list might have actively given consent to receive marketing emails. Klaviyo only includes profiles with active consent. Also, Klaviyo automatically manages unsubscribed and bounced email addresses. If some of the email addresses in your Shopify list have unsubscribed or resulted in bounces. You can export 76k customers from Shopify and uploading them into Klaviyo, it's possible to do so. you can follow these steps:Export from ShopifyPrepare the CSV FileImport into KlaviyoConfirmation and Opt-InIf you're uncertain about any step of the process, Klaviyo's documentation or Klaviyo support can provide specific guidance based on the latest platform updates. After all the procedure if you are still confused then you can also take help from reputable Shopify development company.

Hi I understand that the standard BIS code isn't guaranteed for all themes, I might be able to help you out.To find the right anchor for the Notify Me button, you can try inspecting the element using your browser's developer tools. Look for the unique class or ID associated with the button and use that as your anchor in the code.Additionally, make sure you have placed the code snippet in the correct location within the theme files, usually in the product page template.If you have done this before successfully in other themes, it might just be a matter of finding the specific element for the Symmetry theme.
