@Iztok so glad to hear you found our feedback helpful!   As you seek to modernize and improve your system, I encourage you to lean into simplifying things as often as it makes sense. Sometimes, what starts as a complex system of flows can be simplified by adding tools like a loyalty app to trigger discounts based on repeat purchases, or a subscription app to give discounts similar to a standard “subscribe and save” context. Other times, it’s actually simpler long term to maintain what at first is complex to setup with flows, but then the stable foundation is set and your team can build upon it.    Whichever path you choose, I encourage you to start small so your team doesn’t feel overwhelmed by the changes. You likely already know this, just affirming its value (:   A few interesting things for you to consider, especially since you have a long history of satisfied customers who come back consistently. Yes, I’d recommend a subscription offering @Iztok . I work with a supplement company where 1 order is about 1 month supply. They have been very successful by also: Offering bundled options (“trial” with 2 bottles upfront at a discount, gives greater chance of seeing success with the product). Offering subscriptions for monthly OR quarterly. Quarterly (3 bottles upfront) gets the best discount, increases AOV, and helps with retention as people have a fair chance to fully try the product for the right amount of time.  We’ve built flows to support these efforts and push one time orders into subscriptions. They also have a loyalty program which offers another layer of incentives.  Best of luck! Thank you Ryan. Hi @Iztok Glad that @ebusiness pros and I could help Because you have a healthy repeat business with customers replenishing their supplements regularly (congratulations!), another approach to consider is to add a subscription app. This helps with retention/LTV by including a recurring discount for subscribers. You can also offer additional discounts when a customer hits your order breaks. As one of my clients succinctly put it, “It’s great to know what my minimum sales will be for the day before I even get out of bed...” Unfortunately, I don’t know what subscription apps are available on Magento; I use Bold Subscriptions for Shopify, and it’s very good. Great advice from both. Thank you. I have to say I never put that much attention to difference between “ordered product” and “placed order” … So this alone made my day better :). I am open to either solutions. Loyalty program or a complex flow. Wouldn’t be the first with various conditional splits.We are in a food supplement business. We have this very basic and simple loyalty program. Regular discounts where you buy 3 (21% off) or 5 products (25 % off).Our customers are very used to it and I believe it works retention wise and growth wise. Loyal customers feel just as safe this way as would with loyalty.One product is mostly enough for a month. Also, some of our products are seasonal.We have a 40 % retention within a year. Meaning customers buying more than just once. But that potentially means 10 products and thus 3 coupons (33 %) I would have to check how many repeat purchases we really have. I am pretty sure our most loyal customers are with us for years, so I would probably have t

How to turn off "Don't show to existing profiles"

@Iztok In the Targeting & Behavior section in each form when you click on the Don’t show to existing profiles dropdown you will see multiple options.. just pick the one that you would like to be for your form like for example show to all customers or only show to just existing customers depending on who do you want to see the form.   Thank you Bobi. For some reason the list didn’t open and was stuck to initial value. So I couldn’t really chose. Best, Iztok

SOLVED! For some reason I couldn’t open the list and switced value to Show all users. After saving the form for a couple of times I managed it.

Total Revenue from Email campaign not matching google analytics (off by 97%)

May I add to this. I notice this on daily basis. The campaign started today but Klaviyo and GA are way off. By almost 50%. I have a feeling it has to do with cookies and permisions.

Any seasoned Shopware users here?

We have built an API, that enables Shopware to pass the data to Klaviyo. What we need is a way to export the codes that we can generate in Shopwate. Once we can export a file, we can upload it to Klaviyo and the codes can match.

Any seasoned Shopware users here?

Hey @hanpet,  At present, I’m not aware of a Shopware integration on Klaviyo’s roadmap. However, this wouldn’t mean this isn’t an area that our teams aren’t potentially be exploring. I’d be curious to learn where you heard this information from to investigate further. Though, I wouldn’t be surprised if Shopware themselves or a third part-developer was in the midst of developing one. Similar to the plugin you noted, developers have a wide array of capability to build their own custom integration and tools to connect softwares. Since Shopware is not a native integration with Klaviyo, nor does it seem like they have developed one to connect with Klaviyo at present, you can still connect the two by leveraging Klaviyo’s API through a custom integration. You can find more details on how to set up a custom integration from the Developer’s Portal, specifically the Integrate a Platform Without a Pre-built Klaviyo Integration article.  @hanpet , hi, we set the forms like sign up page in Klaviyo and then just embeed the code. I was hoping for some suggestions regarding dynamic coupons. I hear Shopify sends them to Klaviyo automatically.

Excel export show date instead of money value

Hi, I think I figured it out. Thanks to you mentioning formating. What I did in the wizzard was setting each column from the “general” to “text” before finishing rearranging.Hope all this makes sense. I use excell in my native language and I haven’t got a clue how all these excell options and funcionalities are called in English.Thanks for you help. You did a lot.Iztok

Excel export show date instead of money value

Hi, Alex,I just realized that when I rearange exported data (from one column) to various columns some of the ones that contain money values are turned into dates.Not all of them, mind you.So this:| iztok.golob@gmail.com,12.75,26.11,12.75, |becomesiztok.golob@gmail.com | dec.75 | 26.nov | dec.75,  It loks like it only happens with values from 1 - 12 (months). Do i need to format differently the original exported column first, before I spread it to various columns?I looks like it is the excell issue. Not Klaviyo. But I would appreciate help regardless :).Iztok

Segment revenue

Hi, we have this lead gen mechanism that collects contacts. We want to be able to understand how much revenue these “new” contacts bring over time. So we will be able to set some benchmarks and KPI’s for similar campaigns. Does this make sense?

How can I translate sign up form validation messages?

Hello, I am quite late to the discussion, but I have a similar problem. I would like to translate This field is required to something in my language: Slovenian.I switched the language to Slovenian. This is an embedeed signup form.  If Klaviyo need a Slovenian value I will gladly provide one :).I encountered the same problem in Abandoned cart flow, where I can’t find a way to translate values like quantity and Cost.I hope there is a way to solve this.Best regards,Iztok
