Thank you for flagging my mistake @retention. I actually used the endpoint mentioned in the Get Lists: import requestsurl = "https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/lists?api_key=API_KEY"headers = {"Accept": "application/json"}response = requests.request("GET", url, headers=headers)print(response.text)And with this endpoint, I am only receiving a list of all the lists and not segments.

@khushi123 I think your Klaviyo’s integration with Shopify is broken and that’s why you are not receiving any data from Shopify. You can follow this guide to troubleshoot your integration: Troubleshooting Your Shopify Integration Or disconnect it first and then make a fresh integration with Shopify using this guide: Guide to Integrating with Shopify

Hey @Hamza Ahmed Go to Media Library, click on preview for the respective gif that you want to download and then right click and Save Image as… And now you can save the gif to your local device.

show/hide template block based on product bought

Hey @Leo Pure Electric, As ​​​@alex.hong pointed out above, it will be tricky to show/Hide product blocks based on the Product SKU because a customer might add multiple products to the cart and it would make the conditional statement really long and confusing. However, you can achieve that show/hide functionality by using the Product Name instead of SKU. In that case, the Show/Hide condition becomes:‘Product Name’ in {{event.Items|join:”,”}}Here, all the product names are joined together with a comma and then it matches for ‘Product Name’ in the final output. Also, this will stay independent of how many items were added by the user to the cart or purchased by the user. Thank you, Sourabh

How to unsubscribe a user from all lists via the API?

Hey @owen_fnatic,A user once unsubscribed from a list gets unsubscribed everywhere since that detail gets attached to his profile in Klaviyo and consent is removed globally for that user. The best way to bulk unsubscribe users from mailing lists is to create a separate list of users that you want to unsubscribe and then unsubscribe them all from that list via API. How can i show (or not) compare at price?

Hey @Kae, Could you provide some more information about where you are trying to implement the code? If it is in a flow or a campaign. I am assuming that you are trying to add the above piece of code in one of your flow emails. If that is the case, could you at least tell me what metric is being used to trigger the flow or what flow it is and I will be able to guide you through it properly.

Keep 80% of the klaviyo profiles somewhere else

Hey @Artur, You can create an unengaged segment with users that non-usable and then export them from your account as csv with the relevant profile data that you want to save. And then you can remove those profiles from your Klaviyo account to shorten your active profiles in Klaviyo. Alternatively, you can also suppress the non-usable profiles since Klaviyo only charges you for active profiles in your account and not for the suppressed ones.  Thank you, Sourabh

Issue with previews

Hey @jordank, It could be due to one of these reasons: 1. You have added it separately for both Desktop and Mobile but did not configure it in the block styles to show them individually on the devices. 2. The template tag for unsubscribe section was added incorrectly which could also cause the Unsubscribe tag to appear twice in the same email. It would be more helpful if you could add some screenshot of the template in editor mode for both Desktop and Mobile and the final preview email.

Include "continue shopping" link in form/newsletter flow?

Hey @cfen, For the workflow that you have outlined above, it can be achieved by using person.ViewedItems as a data source in a dynamic table. With the above data feed, you can not only add the url but also the name, image and price of the previously viewed products for the user. Since person.ViewedItems will populate a list of items previously viewed by the subscriber, I would recommend using ‘slice’ in data source to limit the no. of outputs in your email. You can also check out the guide here for inserting Recently Viewed Items in a campaign/flow email: How to Insert Recently Viewed Items into an Email Please let me know if that was helpful, Thanks,Sourabh

Transactional Emails

 @Caroline Nunes Yes you can, but the amount of dynamic content that you can add to your transactional emails will depend on the configuration of your ecommerce integration with Klaviyo. Generally, with Shopify and Woocommerce you should be able to achieve that with ease.
