Why did my flow not send after I back-populated?

Some background information, created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28 I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment” Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.

Why can't I send test emails?

It keeps saying “You have reach the daily limit, please try again tomorrow”. It’s been over a day and I cant send anymore test emails. What should I do? Please and thank you.

Email not showing up correctly when sent to Gmail with dark mode on

Hello, Currently building out flows right now that have been designed in figma. For deliverablity purposes, I don’t want to import the entirety of the design in image blocks but as well add some text blocks within klaviyo. The design of the email is black and so the image blocks are black. When I add text blocks and make the background black, whenever it’s sent to a customer who is using gmail and they have dark mode on, the background of the text block inverts into white and the image blocks stay black which completely ruins the aesthetic and flow of the email. Anyone come across this problem and know how to fix it? Should I just add everything as image blocks and risk deliverability?

Flow isn't sending when someone joins the segment (trigger)

I have 2 flows. In flow 1, we ask for a 1-5 star NPS rating. If someone clicks 1-3 stars, they enter a segment “Property about someone, NPS Rating is less than 4”. Once someone enters this segment (I’ve confirmed that they are indeed in the segment after clicking any star 1-3) they should trigger flow 2. Except this flow never gets sent, despite entering the segment.I’ve made sure all my definitions are correct and the the right definitions are paired with the right flow. I’ve also turned off smart sending for each flow.This is an ongoing issue for me. Klaviyo seems to be extremely buggy and unreliable.

"Update_Property_Link" sending me to a placeholder instead of the correct URL?

Hello,I am having an error when using a button to update a property (something that worked in the past and is no longer working?!?!?)Klaviyo is redirecting to a placeholder page in test rather than my landing page, and not updating the property.{% update_property_link 'NPS Rating' '3' 'https://crimsoncodesescaperooms.ca/' %}This is the code I’m using. Can anyone help me understand why this method isn’t working for me? It used to work perfectly. Some things you may need to know. It worked in the past Its placed in my email flowPlease let me know, thank you!

Email in flow is not sending after the trigger

I’ve created a flow that asks for a rating out of 5 stars. I set it up so when someone clicks the 5 stars they’re added to a “5 Star Rating Subscription” segment. I then created a separate flow for when people are added to this segment. My problem is, the email in this flow is not sending out after someone joins the segment from clicking the 5 stars in the other flow. Any ideas why?
