Integrating subscription portal signups with Klaviyo lists

Hi. We are set up a subscription portal that offers various digital products. Meaning people signup to the portal and once signed up, they choose wether they make a purchase.This is custom developed CMS and also Klaviyo integration is custom made. Now the registration form is also custom made and it captures following data:Name and surnameDate of birthemailpassword.Also - users toggle a button to select if they would like to recieve NL communication. My question is how can we make sure that registered emails get passed into the Klaviyo list and also how can we make sure that only the ones that consent to email NL communication get passed to the particular list.I would appreciate any concrete answers or at least links to additional documentation where I can read more on the general set up and approach. I am not a developer, but would like to know how this can be done conceptually, so I can pass this info to the dev team. Have a great day!

Facebook Lead Ad Segment Members - new and existing profiles?

Hello. We are running a classic ebook Lead ad campaign on Facebook (FB) where users can optin via FB form with their name and email in order to recieve the ebook. The optin info is then passed into a Klaviyo segment.What we would really like to know is how many of these optins, coming to this Klaviyo segment from FB lead ads, are actually new and how many are existing Klaviyo profiles.Obviously we would like to primarily target users on FB that we dont already “have” in Klaviyo. We are using a FB custom segment of all Klaviyo subs that we are excluding from the FB lead ad campaign as well.Appreciate any ideas on how we can check this data.Best regards.

Custom back in stock segment

Hello. This is a question more on a conceptual level: we have an Opencart store with a custom Klaviyo integration. If a product is out of stock, it is possible to submit your email and get in “queue” for the product to return back on stock. Is it possible to capture/setup some kind of custom event in Klaviyo, for those who leave their email and subscribe to the back on stock notification? We would not like to create a flow, but rather create segments based on this event and send them manual emails once item is back on stock.Esentially we would need the following properties captured within the event:1. customer email (they leave it in the field when they click the back on stop notification button).2. product nameBased on this custom event, we would create a segment. Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Cart abandonment VS Checkout abandonment - FILTERS

Hello.I am trying to create 2 flows: cart abandonment (for those who added to cart, without reaching the checkout) checkout abandonment (for those that reached checkout and abandoned it before purchase)While I read several topics on the setup, I am still slightly confused with the filter logic.I am using the following filter setup for both of the flows: the cart abandonment flow and the checkout abandonment flow. In both cases, I would like to achieve that the users recieve all abandoned products within 1 email and not 1 email sent for each product separately.Is the bellow filter setup correct for both flows? I am asking because I read that a for the cart abandonment flow, it is enough to include only 2 filters: placed order zero times since starting this flow and started checkout zero times since starting this flow.I appreciate your help with this.

Abandoned Cart (template) - Filter Question

Hi everyone.I have a very basic question. What is the purpose of the following filter in the flow preset:what someone has done - started checkout zero times - since starting this flowIt seems a little strange adding this filter rule after a trigger: Started checkout. I am wondering what would happen if I were to leave out this “started checkout zero times filter”. Any explanation with potential scenario would be helpfull.Also: does the filter: placed order zero times since starting this flow remove people from the flow if they decide to purchase at any point during the flow? Setting up dedicated sending domain and email address (on subdomains)

Hello.This is a couple of related questions, please bear with me : ) I have read all the help material regarding setting dedicated subdomains, have set them in the past, but I have a specific “which is better setup” question because domain structure in this case below, is a bit new to me.ContextI have a website (shop) which is running on a subdomain, lets say:shop.mybrand.com (on this url is basically box with language selector, where you can select language and enter the particular webstore in selected language)shop.mybrand.com/de (this is the store for germans, as an example. Different langs are in different sub-folders. ALL languages are on same subdomain just with different lang sub-folders, example: shop.mybrand.com/it would be for italian visitors).mybrand.com (this is root domain, but if you open it in browser, it is “blank page” as it conatins no content) Question 1I currently wish to install Klaviyo for 1 “market” only, lets say for Germany.
