Product image size

Hi dear community, I am reaching out today since I need a little bit of help around the sizing within dynamic tables for products. For example, in my order confirmation, shipping confirmation and in any email where I need to showcase products that my customers have been browsing and have bought. I feel like the text and the picture never really comes out clean and the way I want it to. Here is an example of what I would like to have: As you can see, the picture is supeer clean and don’t interfere with the product name and price.Would love any type of help here, I use Shopify.Thank you in advance! /Saman

Static or dynamic?

Hi community! I am wondering if there is possible to build a static coupon code inside of Klaviyo? OR even better, to toggle on that all the possible dynamic codes made from klaviyo are able to be combined with other discounts. The thing is that all my products are in bundles and this makes it impossible for me to toggle on all different dynamic codes for each customer. I have lost some customers on this since they can’t use the coupon code in the checkout because of this. So why I ask for static codes inside Klaviyo is because you can set an expiration of x amount of days and this is not possible with the static coupons made inside of shopify. Thanks in advance and I wish you the best day!/Saman

How to add Dynamic Coupon Code in Abandoned checkout

Hi chat!Is there anyone who knows how to add a dynamic coupon code created in Klaviyo into a button linking customers back to their checkout process?For further explanation: I am splitting my abandoned checkout flow for those who are going through my welcome flow. The trigger is set for when a lead from the welcome flow creates “checkout started”, they’ll be moved to the abandoned checkout flow and segmented based on how far in the welcome flow they’ve gone. It’s a little complicated but that’s not the case for today - I am only in search of how to link the buttons so that those who have their welcome flow coupon, can have that coupon linked directly in the checkout. I have been searching around on the web and in the community pages but I can’t really find a good answer. The best link example I found was this: “https://www.mysite.com/STOREFRONT_ID/checkouts/{{ event.extra.token }}?discount={% coupon_code 'NAME_OF_YOUR_COUPON' %}”Now the only tricky part about this link is that I can’t

How to set up flow filters for 48hr and 24hr left for coupon code

Hi dear community!I am setting up a “winback” flow for my welcome flow. So in short, I give everyone that opts in for the Welcome flow a discount code. This discount is dynamic and will stop work after 19 days. What I need to do is set up a seperate flow that only triggers for those who have not used the coupon. The first message should be a 48hr warning that the code is going to perish, then also one at the 24hr mark. For now I have placed the following flow filters:Is in welcome flow and was added at least 17 days ago. Placed order zero times in the last 17 days ago where discout code contains “NAMEOFCOUPON”Have I done it the right way? I only wish for people to be triggered by the flow once in their lifetime and also that it will only be seen by those who have 48hr and 24hr left for their discount codes. I wish you all the best, Saman

Hi Klaviyo Community!I am reaching out today to find out if it is possible to trigger a flow based on what URL customers have been active on.I want to trigger a flow with one plain text email everytime customers goes to the FAQ page and then split the flow based on non buyers, checkout started and repeated buyers (segments that I have)This flow would be simple check up with the customers to provide additional customer service. We believe that this type of email should be tested and would like to see if it have any impact on customer retention. I just read this article: If this is logical and works for my query, please add a brief step to step guide as I have basic knowledge of code.Thank you all in advance.I wish you a great day,  Saman

VIP post purchase vs new customers

Hi Community! I am designing and planing my Thank you + immediate upsell flow for my e-com brand Ninja Protector. I have three segments to send different emails based on how many orders the customers have placed. The three different conditions are: Placed 1 order over all time , Placed 2 orders over all time , Placed 3 orders over all time but the ordered product value is less than 400.The flow itself have the conditions of: Not being in the flow in the last 21 days + cancalled zero orders since starting this flow This flow is for customers who are not in the VIP group. My question is: After the last condition, what is needed to be placed at the “no” → Should I just leave it blank as in “exit” or is there something else needed to be done here?My segment for VIP customers are customers who have bought at least 3 times and that their ordered product value is at least 400 Should I do a last split for VIP customers, or should I set up a whole new flow for VIPS only? Hi Community!I am designing and planing my welcome flow for my e-com brand Ninja Protector. I want to capture the leads thru a sign up form - this will only be shown to engaged and new customers. This means that the welcome flow will be segmented for those who have never bought → Here I wonder if you would pull the profiles out of the flow after they purchased and put them in the thank you flow+upsell flow? yes or no? Would you let them finish the welcome flow or no?… HOWEVER! My main question is, would you recommend me doing one welcome flow (much shorter) for those who have already placed order 1 over all time? Just to engage the segment with the brand and to customize the copy for those who already feel comfortable with the brand. If yes, then thank you - I kind of already know the segments to put this in action - However if no, I kindly ask you tell me more of what you would do instead for those who opt in but already have placed 1 order.→ This will mainly be for those who opt in t
