Is there a way to Integrate Gmail and Klaviyo to create CRM-like features?

Hi friends,As a small company and as most CRM solutions have high prices, I wonder how I can gather more information in one place with the resources I already have.It would be helpful to use the great data available on Klaviyo customer profiles (such as campaigns sent, activity on site, reviews made) and also interactions made via my company’s Gmail (questions, replies etc.).Is there an easy way to achieve that?I also heard the last episode of Klaviyo’s podcast with Bug Bite Thing’s founder and she mentioned how the company attributes tags to specific customer behaviors and insights, that can later be implemented on the company. I wonder if there’s a way to achieve that trough Klaviyo.

Creating a segment for customers who bought more than 1 of any product

Hi friends, Is there a way to create a segment of customers that bought more than 1 unit of any product over all time? My purpose is to know customers that purchased products for gifts, since I know nobody buys two equal books for oneself.I don’t want to segment for specific products (that would be an easy filter), but for any product.In the segment there could someone that bought the same product in different orders (happens more often) or customers that bought more than 1 of the same product in a single order (doesn’t happen much).

Naming the campaigns and not getting lost

Hi friends, I want to create a campaign for a product that’s been around for over a year (I am a book publisher). When I went on searching for my previous campaigns in order to find one of the same product, I realized what a mess I made with the campaign names. How do you name your campaigns and how do you organize them? Do you insert the dates, just the main subject of the campaign? Any tips?

Backpopulating an anniversary flow

Hi friends, I’ve just watched a Klaviyo Masterclass on Profile properties. In the video, it is suggested that we create a tag for first purchase for a anniversary flow. My question is: Is there a safe way to “backpopulate” the tag flow so that my customers that made a purchase less than 365 days ago can enter the anniversary flow? I worry about doing that myself and end up sending emails to people that has already more than 1 year from the first purchase...

Dedicated Sending Domain - How do I know the warming period is over?

Hi friends, It’s been almost 3 weeks since I set up a dedicated sending domain. Since then, my flows remained active (avg daily open rate of 50%) and I’ve sent 5 campaings with more than 35% open rate for engaged audiences. How do I know when it’s time to relax a little and send campaings to a broader audience?

Back in Stock link in campaigns

Hi friends, Question: Is it possible to add a link in a campaign email that when clicked automatically adds a profile to a specific product back in stock flow?Context: I want to send a campaing telling my customers about what’s coming next (new releases) and it would be great to have a button on the email for a back in stock subscription.

How can a profile that bounced also open a campaign?

I was following the instructions on the topic “List Cleaning” and there was the suggestion to create a segment of soft bounces (ex. 4 soft bounces all time), for further suppression. I noticed that one of the contacts had 4 bounces, but also had opened the very same campaigns. How can that be? I got confused…I seems that the suggestion to suppress those profiles would not be a good idea. The profile I examined, after all, did open the campaigns.

Why do Recipients Open an Email Multiple Times in the Same Minute?

I noticed that most of the profiles that opens an email, opens it more than once. In many cases, the report shows two or more opens in the same minute or in a short period of time. Why does that happen? I find it unusual that so many customers opens the same email several times in a row.Maybe I set something wrong?
