How to add a link to a tracking button that takes you to usps page tracking?

Hello Klaviyo community,I have a store that works with Big commerce + Shipstation + Klaviyo.I am creating transactional emails:Ordered.Shipped.Delivered. 1)Could you confirm that it isn’t possible to have a delivered transactional email with shipstation?Am I required to buy an other service for that option (which start to pill up)? Sending a “delivered” email 2-3 days after a “shipped” email will only create resentment if it’s not verified i think. 2)Inside my “shipped” email, I prefer not to display the tracking number, but add a button link to usps tracking page. Is that possible?I couldn’t find the doc about this. I have been using the tracking number code from the preview but that doesn’t work. Any suggestions will help.  Thx a million

Klaviyo Transactional SMS on ReCharge subscription Checkout

Hello everyone,It seems we aren’t generating enough sms consent with our newsletter enrollment on our front page.We are looking at getting SMS consent on checkout for transactional SMS flow. We are currently using a wordpress front site, that is integrated with BigCommerce, and have ReCharge subscription too.If I understand this properly we have 2 checkouts.Does anyone have a similar configuration with have the Transactional Flows (ordered, tracking number) working for both checkouts BigCommerce and Recharge?Could you guide me to the info  and or settings?Thank you very much

Klaviyo "delivered" notification email as part of flow with shipstation

Hello everyone,Our transactional emails look like this,Klaviyo :Ordered, ShippedShipstation:Delivered Can Klaviyo take care of the “Delivered” emails so Shipstation can stop sending them?The solutions I got 7 months ago from Klaviyo seemed to either subscribe to an other software integration (at this point I am collecting apps like pokemons), or to create a flow that would approximately guess when the delivery (that one I can foresee issue with customers already).I don’t mind continuing our workflow as is. If the Dev team have finally added this great integration ( Shipstation ---->inform Klaviyo the shipment is delivered--->Klaviyo sends a “delivered” email) we will gladly adopt it and use it.Thank you very much for any answers

How can I hide Route package protection in the "order items" section ?

issue with button return to cart on abandoned cart flow

Hello everyone,my issue is that my link to return to my cart isn’t working properly.It takes me to a 404 page of my bigcommerce site.I used the guideline for that flow properly I think, but I might have missed something.Here are the links I copied from their button:{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}{{ item.product.url }}and{{ organization.url }}cart.phpThese links aren’t sending me to the cart. I can see a suffix added to the link https://www.cnpusa.com/cart.php?_ke=Could anybody help? Below is where the link should go

Can Klaviyo send my customers transactional emails?

Hello everyone,I have a store that uses BigCommerce, with Shipstation. I also have a Klaviyo account for all my campaign. after viewing the email examples from this page https://www.klaviyo.com/blog/tips-better-shipping-confirmation-emails I’d like to have my transactional emails designed like that.Can Klaviyo send emails, after my customer place an order?Order Confirmation Trackin shipment Delivered shipmentDo I do this on shipstation or big commerce instead?
