Coupons: How to select product variants instead of all variants when setting up a dynamic coupon?

Hi there,I’m hoping to set up a dynamic coupon in Klaviyo that’s linked to my company’s shopify page. I went to select which products the coupon would apply to, but it does not look like I’m able to select products at the variant level. (For instance, we have 1lb, 5lb and 20lb bags. I only want to offer the coupon on the 5lb bag variant across several different product types).  Is making a selection at this level possible? I’d love to be able to use the seamlessness of the dynamic coupon option to have this live within a flow.

Embed Link to Preferences Page?

I know that in the text of an email I need to use {% manage_preferences %} to link to the preferences page, but I also want to create an image that my customers can click to manage their preferences (I’m sending them a specific email about managing their preferences). I don’t want to use a custom preferences page, and just want to send them to the one built in Klaviyo. However, I can’t figure out what URL to direct them to to make this possible? Thank you!

Custom profile lookup is showing up as "none"?

Hi! I am crafting an email to our customers that requires each customer to get a “reactivate” account URL that is unique to their email/account.My plan is to create a list where I upload a .csv that has each customers unique link is uploaded using a custom profile property of “reactivate_url”. I’ve tested this on 2 accounts and I see that it has worked -- both have the profile property “reactivate_url” in their account, and the URL is shown after that. However, I’m trying to craft an email that pulls this URL into the email, so customers click the link and are taken to their unique reactivate account page. I’m using the code:{{ person|lookup:'reactivate_url'|default:'' }} I pulled it using the “Insert Property” tool (screenshot below).However, every time I try and test this, it does not work. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? We use this method in another email template with a different URL that is unique to customers, and it works just fine, so I’m really not sure what the difference

How can I pass a custom event through a legacy form?

Hi! I’ve hit a bit of a wall with creating a custom event to trigger a email flow. Here’s the situation:We created a Klaviyo Legacy Form to capture customer info. This uses FormData. We used this option because we needed the form to have dynamic hidden fields (based on the user’s answers to a quiz). We would like to create a custom event that sends a “submits form” event to Klaviyo to trigger a flow each time someone submits the form. (Creating a flow that is triggered based on someone being added to a list does not work for our use case, as we want someone to get this email flow if they submit the form multiple times). We’ve been told the best way to create this custom event is through custom API, but this requires a JSON-object to pass the event over. Normally, it would not be a problem to add code to send JSON through FormData, but it appears that Klaviyo views a FormData-object as an endpoint.Based on the information above, does your team have any insight on how to create a custom

Flow that Stops After Someone Uses Static Coupon Code - Issues

Hi there, I’ve read the help pages on how to add additional filters to a flow so that someone who uses a static coupon code will not receive an email. However, although I have magento2, it doesn’t seem to be pulling in my coupon code correctly. To test that the flow would work, I attempted to create a segment of people who have used this code over all time. Although in Magento I can see that 222 people have used the code, my segment in Klaviyo says there is no one in the segment. I’ve attached a screenshot of my definition below. It matches my coupon code exactly. There is one thing -- this coupon code is generated in the “Cart Rules” section of Magento. Does that affect things?Any help is much appreciated!Thank you,Alex
