I changed my plan, and Klaviyo charged $20 and sent an invoice, but they still suspended my account. They said it would automatically recover, but it didn’t. I’m really frustrated. What can I do?

Their support is SO terrible!

however, something might have triggered  the suspension though,

If Klaviyo’s support is not working currently,

I would advise you leverage on the academy, under the articles about account suspension, you might find a solution
