My account is 10 days overdue.
Today, I checked and would like to make the payment, but the invoice payment option is no longer available due to expiration. I also can't reach support via chat.
Should I wait for the automatic payment to go through, or is there someone who can help me with this?

If your account has been cancelled due to an overdue payment and you can no longer access your account, then I would suggest submitting an account access request form here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/account-access-request . Our support team will then be able to assist with next steps and get you access to your account.
