Signup form not working all the time

Hi there,

I have several signup forms on my website, and now 3 people have said it doesn’t work. I can’t reproduce the error in incognito or on any device. But one user sent me these screenshots:

Anyone know where this is coming from? Is it an ad blocker? As I see, drift is also blocked.

Your question actually resembles another one that was posted in the Community which was answered by @Dov which i’ve linked to below:

The issue you are seeing is typically caused by the subscriber having some plugin, application, or extension that is blocking or preventing the form from submitting correctly. This is often times caused by an ad blocker the user has installed either on their browser as an extension or as a standalone software such as an anti-viral software. 

In addition, I would also suggest having the subscriber fully clearing the cache and cookies on their browser and fully closing out of the browser for these changes to apply.
