Signup forms are an extremely useful tool when creating an on-site experience for your customers! You’ve worked hard to design the perfect form and just as you’re getting ready to publish it to your store, you realize you selected the wrong list to direct subscribers to (we’ve all been there!).Luckily, Klaviyo makes it easy to change the list your form is directed to in two quick steps:In the form editor, click your form’s CTA button. This will open a new menu on the left-hand side of the screen Click the dropdown next to the List to Submit section and choose your new list! Once you’ve made the change, remember to set your form to Live mode and click the Publish button!

How do I install and publish a Klaviyo signup form on my website?

If you have an ecommerce integration with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento, the first step has likely already been completed during your ecommerce integration setup of Klaviyo's Web Tracking. The integrations listed above automatically install klaviyo.js when you set up our built-in integration.If you don’t use one of the above integrations or did not install Klaviyo’s Web Tracking, you’ll need to install the klaviyo.js below in your store’s main code.<script type="text/javascript" async src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=Public API Key"></script>Be sure to replace Public API Key with your specific API Key which you can find in your Account > Settings > API Keys.Once you have this installed, all you need to do is navigate to the Signup Forms tab and create your form. I have a password protected landing page on my Shopify store and my subscribers aren't being added to a list. What should I do?

This is likely happening due to your signup form not being configured properly to ensure that new signups get added to your list. There are two main steps to take to resolve this issue! The first will take place in your Klaviyo account and the second will take place from your Shopify Admin page. Ensure you’re logged into both for a speedy fix! Login to Klaviyo, navigate to the Integrations tab, and select your Shopify integrationFrom here, ensure that the “Subscribe customers who Accept Marketing to a Klaviyo list” check box is selected. If it isn’t, check this box and select the list you’d like subscribers added too. Sign Up Form - Email Result to Myself

Hello,So we have a catalog request sign up form that when user submits triggers us to mail them a physical catalog. Is there a way to have the contents of the form submitted (users name and address) to be emailed to us when user submits the form ?  I know we can set up a flow to do something after user is joined to a list after submitting form, but I do not see one of the options of the flow having an email sent to us with the contents of the form, or have parts of the users profile emailed to us (name, address) Thanks for any tips

Why does my popup form show the wrong colours "bleeding" through?

Hey Klaviyo community! I’m having some issues with colours bleeding through on my popup forms.. specifically the green around the “X” and “shop now”.. I have all the form background colours and button colours set to be the two tones of red / pink and green doesn’t show up anywhere in the settings for this particular form and they don’t seem to be the colours that would bleed through from the background page either.. so i’m a bit stumped what I’m doing wrong here…    Preview in Klaviyo looks like this:

Why isn’t my sign up form showing on my site?

If your form is published in Klaviyo but not displaying:Verify that you have the signup form code snippet installed on your site. If you’re using an embedded form, verify that you have the embed code installed on your site. Verify that your site is live. Check the Behaviors tab in the Signup Form Builder to ensure that the form is configured to display on the URL that you are viewing. Make sure you’re not using Internet Explorer. New signup forms won’t appear on Internet Explorer. Re-run the test in incognito/private browsing mode in a new window. It may be that you have already closed the popup, which is why it isn’t displaying again. We cookie browsers for 2 years, so once someone closes a popup, they won’t see the same popup again for another 2 years (unless they clear their cookies).

Why are my double opt-in confirmation emails going to spam?

Double opt-in confirmation emails may go to spam if your account's default From Address is a free mailbox provider, like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com, etc. To update your account's default from address, navigate to Account > Contact Information > Organization and update your Default From / Reply-To address. You can set up a forwarding address if you don't already have a business email associated with your domain. For example, if your default From Address is a Gmail address, you can set up an alias to have emails forwarded from your public From Address to your personal inbox.

Hi there, Having an issue where my embed form is only showing up about half the time on page load. I’m not sure what the issue is. It’s a Shopify site and I have synced the 2 products and placed the embed code on the html. Why is my Embedded Form Loading Slowly?

I embedded a Klaviyo form on a Shopify page and the store owner says the form is taking 30 seconds to appear on his various devices.https://www.keepemquiet.com/pages/get-your-discount-code-nowI can’t reproduce the issue and see the form appearing in about 1-2 seconds across various browsers/mobile/desktop.Any insights on how to troubleshoot?

Can I Create a Sign up/Pop Up form based on Cart Value?

Hi, would it be possible to create a signup form / pop up based on the customers cart value? For example to inform the customer that since they have spent over £100 they can claim a free item? At the moment we are using JustUNO for this but would prefer to be using Klaviyo if possible. Thanks in advance for any help!

How Do You Segment A List From A/B Tests?

Hello, I am having trouble figuring out how to segment a list from an A/B split test from a sign up form. Any advice would be appreciated. I created a split test for a $100 gift card giveaway and $500 gift card giveaway. Right now we are getting more opt in for the $100 giveaway however, I want to find out who opted in for the $500 and who opted in for the $100 and put those into 2 different categories. For some reason I can’t figure out who did what because the data only shows the name of the campaign and not which form they opted into A or B. Does anyone know how to figure this out?  Thanks in advance, Gerald

Add Birthday to profile

I have created a signup form on my site, asking for the customer’s email and birthday. However, I cannot figure out how to import the birthday into a usable field (i.e. to send birthday emails).I’ve tried searching and have come up empty.

Triggering Back in Stock before inventory reaches zero

Howdy folks,We’re implementing back in stock for a client on Shopify and of course it works perfectly for them.  When stock equals zero the sold out button appears and the BIS button is displayed.  However, our client now wants to show the back in stock button when their inventory is at 3 or less.  This allows them to avoid over selling and keeps them ahead of their stock levels.  My approach to implementing this was to physically implement the BIS button in the product template when inventory <= 3:{% if stock_available <= 3 %} <a class="klaviyo-bis-trigger" href="#">Notify Me When Available</a>{% endif %} Of course, this does display the BIS button but the actual triggering of various JavaScript elements does not occur as Klaviyo.js is listening out for stock levels to equal 0 before working it’s magic.  Does anyone know how I can override the stock level threshold so Klaviyo’s back in stock functionality kicks in when stock is less than or equal to 3? Great s

Can I add my signup form to a secondary site?

Hi,I'm trying to create a flyover signup form for a secondary site I sell with, not the one my Shopify account is on. I'd hoped to be able to simply create the form, grab the code snippet, and install it in the secondary site's header. But because of the Shopify integration, I don't seem to be able to create a form without Klaviyo assuming I want it on the Shopify site…which I don't. Is there a place to tell Klaviyo which domains to install the form on, and I'm just not seeing it?Thanks,Bran

Why is my Exit Intent Pop-up Appearing After Checkout?

Anyone have any suggestions?  Our customer service team is getting e-mails constantly from customers who have ordered letting them know they saw the 10% off pop up.  Not sure if there’s something I’m missing in my setup.

Redirect to custom page after signing up

Hi, I moved from aweber yesterday to Klaviyo. Move has been pretty easy, Im just putting the sign up forms on my site, I have found where I put the url for the redirect to a custom page in the list in klaviyo, but as Im testing my form it doesnt redirect? advise please? Thanks, Kate

Collecting Language Preferences on Signup Forms to Send Multilingual Emails

Hello! I have set up my store recently but I have a few target markets. I was wondering, if I through Klavio am able to send specific emails to specific target audiences in specific languages? So for instance, I would like to send:Newsletter signup 10% discount to all of my newly subscribed customers. However, if they are from Taiwan, I want to send this in traditional chinese, china - simplified, Germany - in German.

Future of "Back In Stock" for Shopify?

This is a great feature, but when will this be a stand alone implementation that can be used on any theme. Currently it isn’t “really” supported on newer stores because of how Shopify changed their APIs…
