Is there any way to limit how many times a user will see a signup form if he does not submit it?

I know I can limit it and not show it if the user already submitted, but I would like to control the form so it’s e.g. maximum showed 3 times to a user during a session to avoid having it popping up at every page the customer enters.

Ah… I think I misunderstood the display frequency section.

So this basically means that:

  1. Upon submitting, the user will never see the form again
  2. If the user does not submit but instead closes the form, he’ll see it again in 90 days

Is that correct?

Hello @numzie,

That understanding is correct!

With that setting of Don’t show again after submit form or go to URL action. Show again X days after closing this would limit the number of times a custom receives the form if they’ve previously viewed and closed out of the form. From your example, a customer who has received the form but closed it would not receive this form again for 90 days. You can learn more about these signup form behaviors and what they mean from the Overview of the Signup Form Builder article.
