Hello,
I am struggling to add the second embedded form to the web-site. I have added the first one, which is pop-up on main page and now I need to add Newsletter subscription in the footer.
I’ve created the second “embed” form, added <div> to the footer in code editor on Shopify, however it’s not showing at all. Do I need to do something with snippet? What can cause the issue?
My Shopify theme is Dawn version 2.4.0

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Happy to help you figure out what’s going on with your Shopify embed signup form.
Quick question for you, under the Targeting & Behaviors section of the embedded signup form, is it set to desktop and mobile? From my experience the signup form is often set to mobile only and would be the reason you don’t see it if you are testing on a desktop.
Let me know if that was the problem! If not we can dig deeper to figure it out!
