Live chat says available from 9am EDT and its now 9:18 with live chat not working
I try to send a support message and I get an error
“Your request was not submitted. Please wait and try again later.”
WHY DO YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SUPPORT
This alone is going to be reason to start looking at better options

I’m very sorry that you were unable to reach Klaviyo Support when you needed it. The support system experienced a brief bug over the weekend but should be back to normal. If you are still having an issue please clear your browser history and cache, or try an incognito window to contact the support team.
