We have incorporated SMS into our Cart Abandon flow, but is there a way to show the abandon product in the SMS like in the email?

Hey @j.singler, welcome to the community!

You can definitely show the abandoned cart item image (or any dynamic image) in a text.  Just remember, an image is technically an MMS so it’ll cost you additional sends

  • Add an Image like you would normally.
  • Instead of choosing an image or uploading an image, select the “Dynamic Image” option
  • In the text field, add the event property that has the image source URL.
  • Add any other text as you normally would, you can use event properties here too.
  • Make sure to test and preview it before setting the Flow live!

Klaviyo has a pretty good step-by-step documentation linked below, and their example is literally for an abandoned cart product image! Also, the second link gives you some more info about SMS vs MMS:

 Hope this helps!
