Has anyone come across this platform and is using it? It sounds great / sounds like tech that Klaviyo should have built in (!) but it’s expensive and want to see if anyone is using it and can vouch for it?

@Lee-Anne I work as a Klaviyo consultant and have helped a brand get onboarded with it.  It helps with creating Smart Segments that go beyond what you can create manually using Klaviyo built-in segment creator ie 30/60/90 engagement segments.  For instance it could be that a profile that is suppressed could suddenly be a great candidate for emails because they are browsing your site despite receiving no emails, these instances could only be caught by Orita since its also looking at browsing behavior occurring at your Shopify site.  Keep in mind when you purchase a license with Orita, you gain access to a dashboard with their system as well as a CSM.  Think of it as like a stock trading broker, they analyze the data for you to make a good decision as opposed to sifting through it yourself and not knowing where to start in the context of who to target out of all the audiences at your disposal,  Hope this explanation helps.
