I am looking to implement the Klaviyo “notify me” website button to opt customers into back in stock flows. From the looks of this it can be configured to appear when a sku is completely out of stock, can it be configured to the size level?
So if a certain size is out of stock and a customer clicks it, the notify me trigger appears?

Welcome to the community
The notify me button will appear when a product variant is out of stock and will not appear for any product variants that are in stock.
You will need to have the inventory set and tracked in Shopify and uncheck “Continue selling when out of stock” on all variants for this to work.
