How to integrate custom profile properties into a pop-up form targeting existing profiles

Hello klaviyo community,

Is there any way to display information such as the {{first_name}} of people if I display the pop-up on existing profiles?

Thanks for the question, happy to help!

Unfortunately, we can’t pull in dynamic variables, like first name, for forms.

But I’m happy to make this feature request on your behalf!
