Hi, so I made a sign up flyout form for email subscribers. It is live and works, BUT when you go into the profiles it says on all but 1 that they have not subscribed? Why? They have to physically put there details in and click submit for it to come through as subscribing. Its pretty simple to work out and I've gone over the steps so many times and still can not find what I did wrong.

The most common reason for this would be if you have double opt-in enabled, and customers have not accepted.
You can find this setting through lists → click 3 dots next to the list → List Settings → Consent:
Is Double Opt-in currently enabled?

Thanks so much for your reply. Yes it is enabled. When I was doing a test, I clicked subscribe in my email. Makes sense! Thanks heaps!
