My ecommerce platform is İkas and it has not directly an integration. we need to use API to integrate klaviyo to website. Thats ok. After i integrated it, i started to make pop up and welcome flow. I finished them and changed the status from draft to live. and then nothing seems on website. I tried different pc and phone but faced with the same situation. can you help me

thanks your reply. I solved the problem. I forgot to close the UTM parameters. So URL of my pop-up was not in my main URL. My pop-up was displayed only if all parameters entered are in the URL.

When you test it and fill out the form, do you get an error message on that end? Or does the form submission appear successful, but then no profile is created in Klaviyo?
This will help us understand the issue better.
