Why are my Custom social icons getting cropped when uploaded?

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hi. I’ve added custom social icons to the social block in my email but it’s cropping them so that they don’t look right. Particularly the instagram icon looks chopped off at the bottom and right hand side. I’ve tried uploading at different sizes but it still happens. Can anyone help?

Hi there @NanceP

You can definitely upload your own custom social icons to your email template to make the color and brand styling of your company! If you go this route, we recommend using images that are 96px square. To maintain spacing and alignment between Klaviyo's social icons and your custom images, use icons that are 50px wide, and both vertically and horizontally centered in the image file.

You will be able to set a max width for your custom icons within the template editor. To center your social icons, click the Block Styles tab on the left sidebar and choose to align center.

Following these guidelines should allow your images to upload without being cropped in any way.
