Hi,

I’m trying to figure out how to build a flow that is triggered when someone buys a specific product for the second time. That is the moment I would like to ask for a review. I’m new to Klaviyo and grateful for any ideas. Thanks

Hello @Silvonia,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

You can typically accomplish targeting customers who have purchased a specific product a second time by using the Ordered Product event as your flow filter or conditional split. Unlike a Placed Order event, an Ordered Product event is triggered for every item purchased. This means you can use this metric for more specific conditions such as one that reads something like: “ordered product where specific product is at least 2”.

My colleague, @Dov actually had a great explanation of the Ordered Product metric in a similar Community post which I’ve included below:

I hope this helps!
