I’ve read through this page (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005231648-User-Management-and-Privileges) but it doesn’t say specifically if a support role can unsubscribe a customer manually. Can this be done or would they need a higher user role title?

Hi @Caito,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! This is a great question to ask 😊

A Klaviyo User who is assigned the Role of Support can only do the following restricted items when it comes to Profiles;

  • View customer list
  • View customer activities
  • Editing contact information

This does not include suppression of a profile.

To be able to perform this action, the Klaviyo User would need to be assigned to one of the following roles: Analyst, Manager, Admin or Owner.

I hope this helps answer your question.

Kylie
