Has anyone been able to successfully use google annotations in their emails in order to feature promos and image carrousels in customers' preview inboxes?
And if so, how?!
I am pretty useless when it comes to HTML

Thank you so much for asking for help with your emails and using Google Annotations.
Unfortunately there are a limited number of features that you can use in Klaviyo to make sure that they render properly in other inbox providers. As this is Google feature we recommend working with a developer to help you build the HTML properly, add the necessary scripts for what you are trying to accomplish and test it.
