Why was payment taken out when I Just downgraded to free plan?

Hi,

I just downgraded to free plan and payment of $70 was taken.

I wanted to contact support for a refund but a lot of Klaviyo support is behind paid plans.

I do not have access to the paid plan despite $70 being paid.

Hi @callum

 

It should be noted in our documentation regarding downgrading to a free plan, that we recommend downgrading at the end of your billing cycle as Klaviyo will not issue a refund for the remainder of the billing cycle.

 

As @Kylie W referenced, you are always able to submit a ticket to our support team regarding billing. I would choose the dropdown option of ‘billing dispute’ to make your request.

You will be able to still submit a ticket to lodge a request for a refund.
