+2Hey everyone! For some reason unsubscribe has stopped working for our emails. They are all set up properly, but for some reason the tag does not create a link when the email is sent. It still simply shows up as “{% unsubscribe %}” in plain text.
We have tried several variations of the unsubscribe tag, and multiple templates all with the same result.
Any ideas as to why when an email is sent the tags aren’t being converted to working links?

Well figured it out. Turned out to be an issue with the syntax on the templates. The tags were all correct but because of the syntax error the dynamic links for unsubscribe wouldn’t generate a link. Now that the template is all sorted it’d working just fine.
