Once Auto-billing is deactivated, are we still able to synchronise or import contacts? Alternatively, will contact information be gathered through automation and signups and import Csv ?

After disabling Auto-billing, multiple options become available for synchronizing contacts.

As long as your account is in good standing and you aren’t above your allotment for “active profiles” based on your plan, you will still be able to collect contacts through automations, signup forms or CSV imports.
