Problem with Klaviyo Reviews - Woocommerce on Wordpress Blocksy theme

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hopr this is the right sub.

Trying to start using Klaviyo Reviews on my woocommerce shop that is built on wordpress blocksy theme.

I’ve tried these versions of installation:
- Installing a plugin and using the visual theme editor
- Adding short codes

With both, after adding the code through snippets I can see options to add Klavyio Reviews in different forms to regular pages (which also dont show up after adding). But I cant seem to find the correct place where I can add them in the single product pages. Blocksy editor mode only lets me edit the design of the single product, but now add any additional blocks.

Am I missing something or does this theme require me to add the feature in some other way?

Thanks!

Hey @Baconpancakes39,

Are you not seeing the option to add blocks to a product page using the Blocksy theme? Screenshot below showing what you should see if you do have this option.

Or are you seeing this, but it’s not letting you actually add the snippets? If you’re not seeing this option at all, it might be worthwhile to reach out to WooCommerce support and ask for the best way to add blocks to that theme, and how to determine where to place those blocks.

If all else fails, and you’re familiar with WordPress PHP, you could modify your theme files directly, with guidance from this area of our guide. That being said, with a bit more information on what you’re seeing, I can try to determine why you’re getting stuck at this step, and how to work around it!

I can’t seem to find:

  1. Navigate to Appearance > Editor. “

Under appearance I only have options Themes, Patterns, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Theme file editor
From those under Customize It sends me to the theme editor, where I can find the single page option, but it only has styling options - cant build it separately (screens attached).

Under Widgets there are sideabar, featured products and footer blocks where I can add widgets - from there I see klavyio reviews widgets, but even those dont come up after I add them.
