How can I integrate our WooCommerce site to Klaviyo. I’ve been getting “Unable to access API (failed to authenticate)” whenever we do the integration.

Here are some common causes for this error:
- You are attempting to integrate with a site that is prefaced by http instead of https.
- You must have SSL enabled in order to integrate with Klaviyo
- If you have SSL enabled, you must also have an adequate SSL grade (A is ideal). This can be checked here:
- Do you have any additional plug-ins that require additional authentication on top of WooCommerce? An example would be a JWT plug-in.
- If so, can you attempt to disable these plug-ins and retry?
- If so, can you attempt to disable these plug-ins and retry?
- Do you have an extra Security layer or firewall?
- For example, if you’re using CloudFlare and have bot-fight mode enabled, try disabling bot-fight mode and re-integrating.
If none of these apply, I would recommend opening a support ticket here:
