We send out transactional emails with Klaviyo. We are looking for a way to monitor or get alerts, if profiles are being skipped.

It should not be that hard, however we do not find a way with internal alerts (as it just sends out if certain stage in flow is reached by profiles, not if email skipps), or metrics or dashboards.

Is there any workaround? How do you track if every customer receives transactional emails?

Hey @uniqueusername123,

This is possible, if you add a couple steps to your flow! After your transactional email, add a 1 minute time delay. From there, add a conditional split that checks to see if the person received the above email in the flow. If they have, they’ll go down the YES path, and continue through the flow like normal. If they haven’t, they’ll go down the NO path. You can add an internal alert down the NO path that lets your team know that the person didn’t receive the transactional email.

Let me know if this makes sense, or if you have any questions on how to implement this!
